Overall, I did not anticipate just how much work went into a usability test like this one, and this is on the simpler end of things. I have enjoyed working on this, as I use Wikipedia a lot when just looking up general information, and I enjoy seeing it in a new light. One thing strange to me is that when I was navigating through the Wikipedia game myself, I found that I did all of the links in much quicker time than anyone in any of the tests, having completed the tests myself in roughly 22 and a half minutes. I can see why companies would hire people to run these tests, as first impressions can often make or break a website, so it’s important to have as good of a first impression as possible.
